A refreshingly light and zippy dipping sauce – perfect for crudités, salad dressing or as a topping to tacos and fried fish.
As the holidays approach, I’m always looking for easy appetizer ideas that are quick to assemble and also healthy!
I whipped up this creamy cilantro and yogurt sauce to pair with a crudités platter of vegetables harvested from my indoor gardens.
The sauce is light, refreshing and tangy – sort of like a Green Goddess dip.
I used a couple of lemon jalapenos to give it a slight kick, but you could omit if you don’t like spice.

What You’ll Need
Cilantro Yogurt Dip
The base recipe makes a creamy dip.
But the condiment would also go great on fried fish tacos, crispy potatoes or as a dressing for salads and grain bowls.
Just thin it out with a bit of water if you want it more saucy.
